  • Complete 17 years of age by 31st December of the year he in which he is seeking admission.
  • Have 50% marks in the 12th standard, from the science stream (PCB). This is done from CBSE, ISE or any equivalent board of examination.
  • There is a notification that has been issued by the Medical Council of India (MCI). It is in accordance with a decision by Delhi High Court. The notification is for students who intend to enroll in foreign medical universities in 2019, and have not registered, appeared or qualified in NEET – 2019. At the time of admission to foreign medical students, such students must issue an Eligibility Certificate issued by MCI.

In 2004, it received the titled of state medical university and came to be known as I.H.Ternopil State Medical University. After Ukraine gained independence in 91’, TSMA received 4th level accreditation in 94’. It is among premiere universities in Ukraine.

Odessa National Medical University

Odessa National Medical University was initially the medical faculty of Novorossiysk University in Odessa. Black Sea National University

Black Sea National University is a division of National University Kiev Mohla Academy (NuKMA). This was named after Petro Mohla, who was also the founder of the university.

The university is relatively newer. It was established in 1996 to bring more medical specialists in the country and provide higher medical education. The establishment of the university was primarily to meet the targets of human welfare and society reforms.

Following 2000, a new infrastructure was in place and the operation of the university was streamlined while being comprehensive. Ukrainian Medical Stomatological Academy

UMSA is Government College located in Poltave, Ukraine and was founded in 1921. It specializes in dental courses.

The course duration is 6 years and the medium of study is English. It is a WHO-approved and MCI listed institution. They provide hostel facility and have an Indian mess as well. The numbers of Indian students is in between 600-700 the academic staff is 700-800 in number.

UMSA has outstanding scientific potential. NEET passing score is required for admission to the college. They train medical experts such as doctors, specialists, and nurses. Level IV accreditation was confirmed for the university in 2004.
