The Kyiv Medical University of UAFM is a higher education institution in Ukraine. It is the first private University among the former Soviet Union countries. The institution was established in 1992 based on the combination of the basics of classical and alternative medicine. • The Faculty of general medicine at the Kyiv Medical University offers an undergraduate program of six years duration as per the license by the Ministry of health and education of Ukraine. The six-year Undergraduate program leads to MD Physician (MBBS) qualification which is recognized by the Ukrainian ministry of health to be enrolled as a practitioner of general medicine in Ukraine and by WHO.

• KMU offers post-graduate courses in Stomatology with a duration of five years. The courses are conducted in three languages – English, Russian and Ukrainian. Their graduation certificates are attested by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

• Under the Preparatory course, the students will study Russian, as well as the Ukrainian language, and the special subjects or topics required, are depending on the future choices in any field.

The University is located in Kyiv, the capital city of Ukraine. It has 40+ departments the academic classes are organized at 30+ teaching hospitals, research centers, and practice centers.
