TMSS Medical College is the largest private institution in northern Bangladesh. TMSS Medical College (TMC) has was founded in the year 2008 as a constituent program of TMSS to build a strong health service provider. The Rafatullah Community Hospital (RCH) was incepted in 1995 an operating since then. Later, in 2008, as per conditions of Medical College operational policy, this hospital has been emerged as 250-bedded with a new name TMSS Medical College and Rafatullah Community Hospital (TMC & RCH) promote clinical education. TMSS Medical College and Rafatullah Community Hospital (TMC & RCH) is a focal point of TMSS Health Sectors. The College has the approval of the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare and is also recognized by the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC). TMC provides a magnificent and comprehensive range of facilities within the college campus to expand the knowledge and learning of the students. It is affiliated with the University of Rajshahi.

The TMSS Medical College offers an MBBS course program (5 yrs) and a BDS course program (5 yrs) under the University of Rajshahi (RU). The College is renowned for its MBBS program. The duration of the Full-time MBBS course is (5 + 1 years), five years of academic study, and a mandatory Internship for one year. These courses are approved by the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC). The course is taught in English.
TMSS Medical College is situated in a calm environment with good communication & transit system connections. The Medical College offers high-class educational facilities with advanced infrastructure. TMC provides a broad range of services across the college campus to expand the awareness & learning in students. Further, The TMSS Medical College Dental Unit was established in 2012.
For its medical and dental students, TMC has an air-conditioned central library. The Library has a floor space of 7500 sq ft, and it comprises 4613 books with 510 titles, 275 local newspapers, over 160 international newspapers, and 20 connections to online newspapers. TMSS Medical College has its affiliated 18-Storied Rafatullah Community Hospital with a 7.2 Lac square feet building area and a capacity of 1000 beds and approved 750 beds by Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS). The hospital also provides practical learning facilities to the students who are studying at various medical educational institutes under TMSS Health Sector. Besides, for student housing, TMSS Medical College (TMC) has separate hostel/dormitory facilities for males & females, international & local students, and internal physicians. The Hostel and entire campus are under tight surveillance by closed-circuit cameras.

TMSS Medical College provides recreational fields for indoor games and outdoor sports, including Chess, Carom, Table Tennis, Scrabble, Football, cricket, & basketball.
