About Menoufia University

The Menoufia University is a higher education institution in Al-Minufiyah in Egypt. It was established 45 years back, in 1976 with four faculties. The university is in Shibin El Kom, the governorate's capital city, situated to the north of the country and near the Nile Delta. With 22 faculties and institutes today, it is one of the largest universities in Egypt. The other branch campuses are there in Menof, Ashmon, and Al Sadat city. The Menoufia university also has the National Institute of Liver Diseases. The university faculties include Agriculture, Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Arts, Education,  Commerce, Home economics, Law, Science, Medicine,  Nursing, specific education, Computers and information technology, and physical education.
